Grant

Just a quick shout out to Josh. He came home last night at 10:30 after a very long day of meetings in SLC and Utah County with the heads of the Forest Service. A couple months ago Josh started working on a grant proposal for his department. It's worth $200,000 and would mean so much to him. While other departments have seasonal workers or just additional employees in general, Josh is basically the only full-time employee in his dept. He does the work of many people so this extra money would mean he could hire some people and make huge improvements on the local forest areas. When he came home, he told me he got the grant !!!! Out of all the presentations and proposals the committee heard, they chose Josh to award the grant. He is so excited and ready to make some positive changes. I'm so happy for him. He works so hard for us and especially for the Ranger District here in the Wasatch-Cache National Forest. He's very honest in his work dealings and has such great ethics. He's very respected in his position and I know he will achieve great things. Good job honey !! I love you...
