Mason Jars...

I LOVE old mason jars. I LOVE the aqua color and the vintage look of them. At the craft store, there is a powder substance that you can drizzle into plain jars, that will turn them into a blue/aqua/green color. It makes them look aged. For years, I have been saving clear bottles of unusual size and shapes and one day soon, I am going to start this project. I will have a white shelf full of these blue and aqua jars for my shabby cottage home.

I also love the idea of putting a few vacation memories in jars. What a clever way to display :)
