Kase ~ It is SO easy... and quick. Cutting up the strawberries takes up the most time. They turned out so yummy. Let me know how yours turn out. I was so surprised because, while I can cook, I am a horrible baker. I screw up even the easiest of recipes. (ask Josh) but lately I've been having some luck. I made my first homemade pie crust that turned out wonderfully. And now these cookies. ( I CAN make some good Choc. chip cookies but that's about it). So... maybe there is hope for me after all.
