Day of LOVE...

Even though Josh was/has been sick w/ a cold, we still had a nice Valentines Day. Noah and I got up early and made sugar cookies and pink icing, which were served on the prettiest plate in the house. (Blue Ridge China). Then I got started on my special dinner for my sweets. Sweet and Sour Chicken and Kielbasa Kabobs , w/ rice and green beans (w/ a Sesame oil and soy sauce mixture).

LOVE my boys !

The cookies look yummy. Do you make your own icing? I need a good sugar cookie recipe.

Yep I made my own icing and just added the red dye. I also made white icing to "write" stuff on the cookies but I couldn't get it thick enough to drizzle out of my piping bag the way I wanted it. I just used a Martha Stewart cookie recipe. If you want it, I can send it :)
