Hey all you friends out there w/ cute blogs that change the look every now and then... do you get those for free or do you have to pay for them ? I've found darling stuff on Shabby Miss Jenn, (but have no idea how to upload everything)... but I was just wondering if when your blog look changes, is there a fee ?

You can get free backgrounds from a few places....

Those are two I have used. They also have plenty of stuff you can purchase and add to your blog or hire the designer. The instructions are super simple. I'm no guru, so these work great for me.
