Fireworks...

Heber celebrated the "4th" on the "3rd"... We hit a little Mexican restaurant in Midway w/ some great food before the fireworks show ! Then it was off to find our spot in the park. It was really chilly, and we had about an hour wait when we got there, but Noah was a trooper. He's always such a good kid. Daddy chased him around on the grass and he could not take his eyes off the two cowboys playing Lacrosse. ( I use the word "playing" loosely. Dropping and running after the ball is more like it ;) )
Josh was so tired when he got home from work, and my butt and leg were still bothering me. It's not easy hobbling around w/ this cast/boot on. Going would mean Noah would stay up past his bedtime by 4 hours... we sat on the couch thinking... is it worth it ? Should we just wait until next year when Noah is bigger... but NO... we got up and went and we were so glad we did. What a great night for our little family. Happy Forth of July everyone.

I'm so glad you had a good time. Logan was so scared of the noise the first time he watched fireworks.
